Please find the introduction to our case management team below:
Should we need to plan an operation for you, Ms. Frank will go over all the details of the operation with you. She will let you know where and when you need to report to our wards or the outpatient operation centre. She will also set up the anaesthetic consultation and organise the procurement of any necessary aids or appliances. If you need to postpone or change an appointment, please get in touch with Ms. Frank.

During an inpatient stay at our clinic, it won’t just be doctors and nurses looking after you; in addition, we have a team of case management and social workers to organise further care for you following the treatment in our clinic.
The focus of this programme is discharge management and ensuring that you receive further treatment and therapy. Upon discharge, you will receive a doctor’s letter, a medication plan, prescriptions for medication and physiotherapy, and a fit note (if necessary). Together with you and your family, our team will also take care of arranging for aids and appliances (nursing bed, commode chair etc.), home nursing, rehabilitation measures (if these measures are to start within 2 weeks of discharge), and measures regarding care. Should you have any further queries, please get in touch with our colleagues.
